FC SEATTLE ~ 25 yrs of soccer history  FC Seattle started running camps in 1984.  Many of you will have been through our Camp or Academy Programs.  The children we coached over the last 25 years have now produced their own soccer families.

Welcome to the new soccer generation, here in the USA. With the new MLS Sounders FC Franchise in town, Seattle is no exception.  More and more children are playing soccer; all you need is a ball...that's it! Regardless of size, age, gender, nationality, or income. No matter how fast or slow, coordinated or not, you can enjoy this wonderful game.

The FC Seattle Academy & Camps is directed by Stuart Lee, who played 10 years of English Professional soccer, followed by 8 years in the NASL (North American Soccer League) and the MISL (Major Indoor Soccer League) in the United States. He signed professional papers at the age of 17ys, for Bolton Wanderers, Bolton, England and played for several teams including Manchester City, before coming to Portland, Oregon in 1980. His first team in the USA was the Portland Timbers who played in the NASL.

Stuart is currently the President of Seattle Storm Inc., and Director of FC Seattle Storm, and is a USSF. "A" Licensed coach that has been training and coaching players since 1987. He acquired the program from Bud Greer in 1991.
